RS-L  

  The RS-P / RS-L soldering irons have been designed for use in automated environments.  The RS-P model is utilized for all point solder applications while the RS-L for line or "drag" soldering.  The irons are powered by a 48V DC power supply located in the Apollo robots and solder controllers (EVO, Luna, Terra) which provides for easy worldwide integration regardless of AC input voltage.

Apollo Seiko provides a large selection of iron tips to target the challenges of your selective solder applications.  With a full 100 watts of power, the heat-up & recovery time of the iron tips is the fastest in the industry. 

We have also patented an integral N2 delivery system for lead-free applications that provides for pre-heating, a localized inert atmosphere and overall lower soldering temperatures which in-turn helps to extend iron tip life.
